Wenplus is an investment advisor subscription service. The design focuses on making it easy for users to understand, subscribe to and manage their financial advisor service via a mobile app. While also providing a clear admin interface for backend management.
For the end user on the mobile app, the UX prioritizes clarity and ease of use. The path to getting an investment advisor is straightforward: users see the option, can clearly understand the different subscription levels (Base, Premium, Executive) with their features, and then confirm their choice.
Once subscribed, users can manage their advisor, including changing or canceling, through a guided multi-step process within the app. For the administrators, the "Admin Board" is designed for efficiency. It provides a dashboard to view user statistics, manage advisor requests and assign advisors, ensuring the service runs smoothly from the backend.
The UX design for Wenplus aims to create a trustworthy and easy to navigate experience for both its users seeking financial advice and the administrators managing the platform. It achieves this through clear information display, logical user flows for key tasks like subscribing or changing advisors and an organized admin interface.
